I started my professional career in 2005 with a market-leading accounting outsourcing company. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to learn almost everything in accounting, payroll, taxation in almost all major industries such as energy, automotive, banking and finance, agriculture, advisory services, legal, manufacturing, real estate, sports, commerce , shipping, etc. I had many clients, local and multinational companies.

 

I feel lucky to have come across many accounting and management software such as Microsoft Dynamics Navision, Revolution, Axapta, SAP, Scala, Oracle, etc.

 

Later, as a manager, the focus was on managing people and teams. I also learned how smaller projects work. Because I had more time to focus on time management, I found efficiency to be a key part of business. I had a knack for Excel (I spent many years as an Excel trainer), started learning VBA programming, and took it to a high level. This saved a lot of time for my team and myself, helping people work more efficiently and effectively.

 

As regards to strategic projects, I have been involved primarily in my leadership years. Within months, I became a key member of the company in this area. In addition to serving clients and managing people, I was the main person in coordinating the development and implementation of various processes and systems. I supported projects to increase efficiency and effectiveness and played a key role in systematic process improvements and standardization. Because of my knowledge of different businesses and my commitment to IT development and programming, I became some kind of a business analyst. I also started designing software such as functionality and user interface design.

 

I am also proud to be a key member of a team involved in the preparation of complex software that includes HR module, team and time management, planning, etc. We have worked with this complex solution and the full picture and design of SQL-based software to support the back office and offices of a company with 500 employees in 5 countries.

 

After all these years, I have found that this is the way I want to go because I can easily and quickly review business processes at a high level and / or in each department. This allows me to improve and automate processes. My goal is to find companies that need my support, such as automation and optimization, BPR, process development, software development and related training, or ad-hoc VBA and Excel development or training.
